The Inspirational Leader - ENTJ
Overview of the Inspiring Leader's Personality:
In dealing with the outside world, an inspiring leader operates in two states. Internally, they employ logic and reason to handle things. Externally, they use intuition to differentiate between matters. Naturally, the inspiring leader lives a life teeming with possibilities and responsibilities that need management. They perceive themselves as primarily responsible for accomplishing those tasks. Inclined toward leadership, they swiftly excel due to their intuition, quick grasp of complexities, and impersonal handling of received information, basing judgments solely on available data without bias or personal inclination.
The role or job holds immense importance in the inspiring leader's life, swiftly assimilating and harmonizing within their work environment. Here, they constantly seek problems to find solutions, their foresight allowing them to envision the big picture of a problem and devise long-term solutions. Often excelling in business management, their innate abilities and natural managerial inclinations drive their ambition towards the administrative summit. The inspiring leader detests inefficiency and rarely tolerates repeated mistakes, possibly being harsh with those in error as emotions hold no sway in their decision-making.
Similar to most personality types, the inspiring leader may struggle to understand things the way individuals from other classifications do. However, their impatience with others' viewpoints and opinions sets them apart. Hence, they must remember the importance of listening, attempting to understand others' perspectives. Failure to do so may lead the inspiring leader to become dictatorial, strict, and overbearing, particularly challenging if they are a spouse or parent. While often possessing a strong personality, it aids greatly in their aspirations but might lead to arrogance and self-aggrandizement, pitfalls best avoided by the inspiring leader.
Given their firmness and strong personality, the inspiring leader swiftly makes crucial decisions and persuades those around them. Yet, if their intuition isn't developed, rash decisions may result without accurate anticipation of outcomes. Without a developed thought process, they might lack the ability to discern the correct logic or course of action, solely relying on intuition and expectations. Furthermore, an inspiring leader lacking in both intuitive and rational self-improvement might become dictatorial, issuing commands devoid of clear, understandable reasons and disregarding concerns of those affected.
Despite the inspiring leader's lack of harmony with others' emotions, they might harbor intense emotional feelings toward select individuals but hide them, perceiving emotions as weaknesses. Making decisions based solely on logic and reason concerning those with emotional ties may induce severe psychological and emotional pressure on the inspiring leader.
An inspiring leader enjoys conversing and debating with people, sociable and engaging in their interactions. Nothing earns an individual more respect, from the inspiring leader's perspective, than one who engages and attempts to persuade them with opposing viewpoints. It might prove challenging for others to convince the inspiring leader they've outmatched them in a debate, no matter their self-assurance, yet the attempt would be greatly respected and appreciated.
The inspiring leader's home must be significantly clean and organized. They place great importance on ensuring their children are highly educated and organized. Additionally, they wish to be the head of the household as they are in the workplace. However, as work takes precedence in their life, their constant absence from home, whether physically or mentally, could pose an issue. Nevertheless, possessing a mind focused on the bigger picture, resolute in their decisions, and creative, enables them to achieve any goal they set, provided they strike a balance between their professional and family life.
