The inspiring leader's personality, ENTJ, in friendship
The Inspirational Leader as a Friend:
The inspirational leader is a socially active individual, enthusiastic about learning people's ideas and theories. The inspirational leader is not pleased with merely engaging in academic discussions with people who share the same inclinations, unless there's something new they wish to learn. They thrive on discussing topics, being straightforward without sugarcoating their opinions, often putting the other party in a defensive position about their views. This might seem confrontational to some, but in reality, the inspirational leader seeks to understand the idea being presented by the person they are debating with, as well as all related thoughts held by others. When the inspirational leader examines an idea, it's not just the idea itself they're considering but also why others support it, the extent of their knowledge about the subject, and their conviction in the idea they hold.
The inspirational leader seeks friends who share similar interests or common interests. They have little patience for people with lifestyles or perspectives different from their own. The inspirational leader tends to gravitate toward individuals with influential and strong personalities, admiring them greatly even if they don't necessarily agree with them.
